Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Yaddii at yaddii.com (the “Service”), operated for classified listings in Egypt and nearby markets. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Egyptian law and any rules that apply to your goods or services.
Listings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, prices, photos, location, and contact details. Prohibited content includes illegal goods, fraud, hate speech, adult content, counterfeit items, and anything that infringes others’ rights. We may reject, edit visibility of, or remove listings without notice.
Moderation. New and edited ads may require admin approval before appearing publicly. Status may be pending, active, expired, or removed. Marking an item as “sold” is for display only and does not close your account or remove the listing until expiry or deletion.
Transactions. Yaddii is not a party to any sale between users. We do not handle payment for items listed on the site (unless we explicitly add that feature later). Disputes are between buyer and seller.
Accounts. Keep your password secure. You must provide a valid email and accurate profile information. One person must not operate multiple accounts for abuse. We may suspend accounts for spam, harassment, or violation of these terms.
Fees. During the current launch promotion, standard listing submission and renewal may be free. We reserve the right to introduce fees later with notice on the pricing page and/or by email to registered users.
Intellectual property. You grant Yaddii a license to display and promote your listing content on the Service. Yaddii’s name, logo, and site design remain our property.
Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access (including in all countries or networks).
Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised terms.
